Donald K. Harrold, 79 of Beach City passed away Jan. 1, 2009 at Mercy Medical Center, Canton. He was born at Wilmot, the son of the late Russell and Erma Reed Harrold and had been a Beach City resident 61 years. He retired after 28 years from Quick Draft Corp., Perry Twp. and was an avid golfer. Surviving are his wife the former Pauline Maybaugh whom he married, Sept. 27, 1947 ; 1 son and daughter in law, Kenneth (Sally) Harrold of Chagrin Falls, Oh.; 1 granddaughter, Kelly Rogers of Wadsworth, Oh.; 2 sisters and brothers in law, Norma (Gene) Bender of Massillon and Helen (Richard) Colaner of Navarre and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded by 2 infant brothers Services will be held Monday, Jan. 5, 2009 at 11 am in Beach City United Methodist Church, Main St. Beach City with Pastors Jon Long and Orion Aubihl officiating. Interment will be made in South Lawn Cemetery, Beach City. Friends may call Sunday, Jan 4, 2009 from 2 - 5 p.m. at Lantzer Funeral Home, Beach City and 10 to 11 Mon. at the church.
