Randall (Randy) G. Murphy, 48, of Beach City entered Heaven’s Gates on February 11, 2014 with his wife, Natalie White-Murphy and daughter, Christi, at his side. He was the son of the late James E. & Ramona (Lowther) Murphy. In addition to his wife and daughter, he is also survived by his mother-in-Law, Connie White, brother-in-law John White, Jr. and sister-in-law Stephanie White and family. He is also survived by friends, Dan Dolvin & Terry McCune, special friends, Butch & Peggy Soehnlen & family, as well as a host of other family and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brother, James (Rodney) Murphy, father-in-law John White Sr. Randy was a 1983 graduate of Tuslaw Schools and RG Drage, where he studied auto body repair. He was the owner of M&S Classic Restorations in Beach City, where he enjoyed restoring old cars. A celebration of Randy’s life will be Saturday, February 15 at the Beach City UMC at 4:00 p.m. with Pastors Jon Long and Michael Bradford, officiating. Friends may call the church between 1:00-4:00 p.m. Burial will immediately follow at South Lawn Cemetery in Beach City. Everyone is invited to share in a meal of fellowship at the Beach City UMC- Fellowship Hall following the service. In lieu of flowers, it is requested all donations be made to C.A.S.T (Cancer Assistance Support Team), C/O Amy Burkett, 1295 Lanedale St NW Massillon, OH 44647. CAST is a local nonprofit agency who provided assistance to the Murphy family while Randy was sick. The family would also like to thank Dr. Alan Rudick and Dr. Greg Manson and all the staff at Mercy Medical Center for the extraordinary care Randy received.
