After retiring from Eaton he worked Ohio Bus Sales for several years. Together he and Sally owned and operated Nofsinger Floral Shoppe and Greenhouse for more than twenty years beginning in 1966. Above all else Dwight loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed gardening and spending time at Springwood Lake. When the grandchildren were younger, they spent many weekends fishing and riding four-wheelers. Playing euchre and socializing at the VFW were also favorite past-times. Dwight especially loved deer hunting and enjoying cold beverages with his nephew Roger. Dwight and Sally shared a love for travel, and Alaska, Italy, and Greece were among their favorite destinations.
