Linda Carol Hines, 82 of New Philadelphia passed away Oct. 29, 2021 following a period of declining health. She was born at New Concord, Oh., the daughter of the late Clark and Freeda Smith. A homemaker, she was preceded by her husband, Robert Hines, March 6, 2014 and two sons. Linda is survived by one son, Jeremy Hines of New Philadelphia and one daughter in law, Joan Hines of Dover, eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Lantzer Funeral Home, Beach City is assisting the family with arrangements.
