Roxann M. Mizner, 74 of Beach City, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at Country Lawn Nursing home, Navarre following a period of declining health. She was an area resident, the daughter of the late Wilson L. and Dorothy Crusan Dreher. Roxann retired from CMA at Bolivar where she had been a press operator. She loved billiards and was a member of the Massillon Tavern Billiards League and Tuscarawas County Women's” Billiard League and the Akron/Canton Dart League. February 29, 1984, she married James (Jimbo) Mizner who survives. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by one son, Michael, one sister and one brother. a service celebrating her life will be held Monday, May 22, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in Lantzer Funeral Home, Beach City. Friends may call from 4 to 6 at the funeral home.
