Paul Watterson,87 a resident of Beach City 45+ years, passed away at Mercy Medical Center, Canton, Oh, May 22, 2023 following declining health. He was born at Centerville, Oh. the son of the late William and Opal Cunningham Watterson. Paul was an Army veteran and had retired from Republic Engineering in 1998 as a spark tester. In addition to his parents he was preceded by 2 brothers and 5 sisters. Surviving are his wife, Linda Crawford Watterson whom he married, September 26, 1963 of the residence, two daughters and sons in law, Teresa (Jon) Lane of Beach City and Tammy (Doug) Aul Jones of Louisville, six grandchildren; Crystale (Chris) Scassa, Anthony Klingelsmith, Charlie Garloch, Danielle (Chris) Brown, Racheal (Aaron) McLeod, Jonathon (Cheyanne) Aul and twelve great grandchildren. A service celebrating Paul’s life will be held, Friday, May 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in Lantzer Funeral Home, Beach City. Interment will be made in South Lawn Cemetery, Beach City.
