Jeremy Joe Hines, 55 a resident of New Philadelphia, Oh., passed away at his residence Friday, September 22, 2023. He was born at Dover, Oh, October 8, 1967, the son of the late Robert and Linda Smith Hines. Jeremy retired from the Tuscarawas County Library. He wa a member of Jehovah’s Witness South New Philadelphia. Surviving are one daughter, Madison Hines of Stow, sister in law Joan Hines of Dover. Services will be held at a later date.
