Penelope Ann Howell

Penelope Ann Howell, 80 of Beach City entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Friday October 27th, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, the daughter of the late Juanita and Gerard Wise and had been a resident of the Beach City area for 50 years. Penny was a loyal member of First Lutheran Church, she had also been a small business owner in Beach City. Penny is survived by her beloved family member: children - Theresa (Richard) Ocheltree of Beach City, , Michael Howell of Beach City, Pamela (Robert) Reeves of Akron and Mark (Carol) Howell of Beach City. Grandchildren: Zachary and Lucas (Alcia) Hines, Jesse (Sarah) Rose, Chase (Lindsey) Jones, Garrett and Gage Howell. Paige and Parker Reeves. Great grandchildren: Hayden & Liam Hines, Deegan & Kade Jones, Isabella, Brooklyn and Ryan Rose, sister Marla Kay (Toni) Heiideloff, brother Kevin Wise. She was preceded by her loving husband, Terry and her grandson, Jonathan Hines, one sister Mary McClellan and one brother Warren Wise. A memorial service celebrating Penny"s life will be held, Saturday, November 4th, 2023 at 12:00 NOON in First Lutheran Church, Main Street, Beach City. Friends may call at the church from 11 to 12. I lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
