Sherry Duncan

Sherry Duncan, 77 of Strasburg formerly of Beach City passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Mercy Medical Center, Canton. She was born at Massillon, the daughter of the late, Angelo and Florence Schroyer Loretto and had been a life resident of the area. Sherry was a member of the United Methodist Church at Beach City. She retired in 2004 from Associated Tax Service at Canton where she was an owner/operator. Surviving are her husband, Tommy Joe Duncan whom she married September 23, 1956; two daughters and son in law, Tammi (Rex) Ehmer of Massillon, Lori Emery of Massillon; one sister and brother in law, Helen (Charles) Petscher of Navarre; three grandchildren, Katie Cline, Adam and Drew Emery; one great grandson, Lucas Cline. Sherry was preceded by one brother, James Loretto. A celebration of Sherry’s life will be held Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 12 p.m. in the United Methodist Church, Main St. Beach City with Pastor Lee Peters officiating. Interment will be made in South Lawn Cemetery, Beach City, Friends may call at Lantzer Funeral Home, Wednesday, May 17, 2017 from 5 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to services on Thursday at the church.
