Barbara Jean McClain, 71 a resident at New Dawn Healthcare Center, Dover, passed away January 2, 2021 after a period of declining health. She was orn at Annapolis, Md., the daughter of Bud and Margaret Staten Fowler and had been a Steubenville, Oh resident. She ahd been a dispatcher for a trucking company. Surviving are Cheryl (Michael) Montgomery-Piatt of Canton, Donna (Bert) Snyder of Minerva ex spouse Bill McClain of Toronto, Oh. two brothers Roger and Bill Cline are deceased. No service is planned. Ashes will be inurned in Olive Branch Cemetery with her mother.
