He truly was "special" .

I have never forgotten his wonderful smile, and his jokes were so funny.... he was such a joy to be around... and oo how he loved music...I danced with him many times at the dances at south gate...he was just such a joy to know...my thoughts and prayers go out to his family...

Morris Chaney2014-07-25 19:13:06Our condolences to you on the loss of Bill Baylor. He was too young to die. Im sorry for your sadness. My relationship to your family is that I live and walk our dogs on Welty Rd., seeing Jack driving the school bus most mornings.
