Robert Eugene Fitzwater

Robert Eugene Fitzwater, 86 of Wilmot, passed away Dec. 2, 2012 at Country Lawn following declining health. He was born at Ellenboro, W. Va. and had been a resident of the area since 1964. Robert was a WW II Army Veteran and he retired from Norfolk and Southern Railroad in 1987, where he was a brakeman. He was preceded by his parents, Grandson Fitzwater and Mabel (Moore) Fitzwater and 3 sons, Paul E., David Wayne and Donald Fitzwater. Surviving are his wife of 62 years Freda Yeager Fitzwater of the residence; 2 sons and daughter in law, Michael (Vette) Fitzwater of Beach City and Ronald Fitzwater of Canal Fulton; 3 daughters and son in law, Mary Weaver of Brewster, Susan Yutzy of Wilmot and Cheryl (Tim) Kyle of Beach City; 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. There will be no viewing or service at this time. His wishes were cremation.
