Tina A. Mayforth, 53 of Mt. Eaton, O passed away Saturday, February 9, 2013 at the residence of her parents following complications. She was born at Wooster, Oh, August 15, 1959, the daughter of Jerry and Treva (Morgan) Phelps of Shreve. A homemaker, she was affiliated with Akron Bible Students at Akron, Oh. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, David S. Mayforth of Mt Eaton, whom she married November 15, 1986; 2 sons, Matthew Mayforth of Austria and Jeffrey Mayforth of Mt Eaton; 2 brothers and sisters in law, Mike (Linda) Phelps and Terry (Karla) Phelps both of Wooster. A celebration of Tina’s life will be held Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Lantzer Funeral Home, Beach City with Brother Craig Chamberlain. Interment will be made in Grandview Union Cemetery, Strasburg, Oh. Friends may call from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. on Tuesday February 12, 2013.
