Rhea E. Regula, 80 of Beach City passed away March 7, 2013 following a period of declining health. She was born in Massillon, the daughter of the late William and Ogieretto Fisher Hasseman, graduated from Beach City High School, and attended Otterbein University. Rhea was a homemaker, owner of the former Country Quilts in Navarre and had been employed at Brewster Dairy, where she met her future husband, John. She was a member of the Beach City United Methodist Church, United Methodist Church Women, Study Club and an affiliate of Lions Club and Grange. She and John also delivered Meals on Wheels. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, John D. Regula of the residence and children, Joyce (Robert) Tolerton of Alliance, Tim Regula of Beach City, Barbara (Reudy) Leeman of New Albany, Pam Blackson of Uniontown, 10 grandchildren, her late brothers children of Colorado, inlaws Ralph and Mary Regula and their children, and a special friend, Shirley Espenschied of Hartville. Rheas life revolved around her family and church. She especially enjoyed annual vacations to Maumee Bay with her family. A celebration of Rheas life will be held at 11:00 a.m., March 11, 2013 at the United Methodist Church, 100 E. Main St., Beach City with Pastors Jon Long and Orion Aubihl officiating. Interment will be made in South Lawn Cemetery, Beach City. Friends may call Sunday, March 10 from 4 - 7 p.m. at Lantzer Funeral Home, 230 2nd. Ave., Beach City, Oh.
