Dorothy Klein

Dorothy Klein, 93, of Navarre formerly of Wilmot passed away into the care of the Lord Sunday July 21, 2013. She was born in West Lebanon and was the daughter of the late Morris and Nettie Umstead Gerber and had been a Wilmot resident for over 60 years. Dorothy retired from Cosmo Plastics. She was a member of the Wilmot United Methodist Church, a long time member of the Beach City American Legion Aux., was an avid bowler and loved to be outside to enjoy her garden and flowers and spending time with her family and enjoyed her trips south and card club. Dorothy was preceded in death by her loving husband Raymond Klein Nov. 23, 1980, also by 5 brothers and 4 sisters. Surviving are 3 daughters; Donna (Bill) Gaut, Neda (Kevin) Surnear both of Navarre, Beverly (Ken) Ensley of Brewster and a sister; Lorene Klein of Sugarcreek, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. A service celebrating the life of Dorothy will be held Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. in the Lantzer Funeral Home, Beach City with Pastor Scott Simmons officiating. Cremation to follow services. Friends may call at Lantzer Funeral Home Monday, July 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Wilmot United Methodist Church, 103 Milton Ave, Wilmot, OH, 44689.
