Edward K. Speicher 79 of Dalton, passed away suddenly, Friday, February 13, 2015. He was born at Brewster, the son of the late Charles and Marietta Albright Speicher and had been a life resident of the area. He retired from Horst Manufacturing, Dalton, where he was a machinist for 30 years. Ed was a member of the the Presbyterian Church, Volunteer Fire Department, and School Music Boosters, 4 H, and little league all of Dalton. Surviving are his wife, the former Lavonne Hauenstein whom he married April 28, 1956. 3 sons and daughters in law: Jeff (Laura) Speicher of Wooster, Robert (Darlene) Speicher of Beach City, Jerry (Michelle) Speicher of Dalton, 2 daughters and son in law; Sharon (Dave) Kuhlins of Massillon and Susan Carver of Dalton; 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. 3 Brothers and 2 Sisters survive.
