Teddy G. Dean, 73 of Navarre formerly of Beach City passed away Friday, September 16, 2016 at his residence following a period of declining health. He was born at Slagel, W. Va., the son of Delbert and Mae Dean and had been an area resident 60 + years. He retired from Timken Gambranius steel mill after + 30 years. Ted was an avid fisherman and lover of all sports. He had been a minister at Freewill Baptist Churches in the Navarre area and was 32nd Degree member of Massillon Masonic Lodge. Ted is survived by his wife of 51 years, Glenda ‘Sue†Dean of the residence; 3 daughters, Amanda (Steven) Kohl of Casar, N. Car, Tancy (Jodie) Dean of Casar, N. Car., Jessica (Joe) Kammer of Navarre, Seven grandchildren, Tylor and Lauren Kohl, Lillie and Clara Dean, Zachary, Cali and Macy Kammer two great grandchildren Ozwyn Kohl and Justin Becker and many nieces and nephews. He loved being Poppy. In addition to his parents he was preceded by one brother and two sisters.
