Edith M. Keenan 86 of Canton formerly of Beach City went to be with her Lord, April 4, 2018 following a period of declining health. She was born at Poe, W. Va. the daughter of the late Wayne and Lucille Brown Neil and had been an area resident 50+ years. A homemaker, she was a member of Believers Assembly at Beach City. Edith was preceded by her first husband Lloyd Neff, ,a special angel, infant daughter, Nancy Jean Neff, second husband, Richard Keenan and three brothers. She is survived by sons, John (Barb) Neff of Marshallville, Rick (Barb) Keenan and Michael Neff of Massillon; daughters Patsy Neff of Canton, Regina Sue (Steve) Kegg of N. Car., Tena Keenan of Canton; one brother, James Neil of Salem; one sister, Ida Mae Hypes of Poe, W. Va.; 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A celebration of Edith’s life will be held Tuesday, April 10th at 11:00 a.m. in Lantzer Funeral Home, Beach City. Interment will be made in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, Oh., Friend may call Monday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
