Richard J. Willis, Sr., 90 a resident of Country Lawn Nursing Center passed away July 5, 2018 following a period of declining health. He was born at Parkersburg, West Virginia, the son os the late Albert L. and Mary E. Stanley Willis and had been a resident here 50+ years. He retired from Republic Steel, Massillon and was a member of Dundee Church of God. Richard was preceded by his wife, Donna McCartney Willis, April 22, 2017; two sons, Richard Jr. and William Willis and two grandchildren. Surviving, one daughter Delma (Clarence) Miller of Beach City and one son, Donald (Donna) Willis of Navarre, ten grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. A celebration of Richard’s life will be held, Tuesday, July 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., in Lantzer Funeral Home, Beach City. Interment will be made in South Lawn Cemetery, Beach City.
