Brenda Staats

Brenda Staats, 62 of Beach City passed away Wednesday following a COVID illness. She was born at Massillon, Oh, the daughter of the late Robert and Nettie Geneva Warehime and a Beach City resident since 1996. She had been a Circle K manager and homemaker who enjoyed sewing and crafts and her cats, Baby, Sissy Sue, Smudge and Scout. Brenda is survived by her husband, Bruce E. Staats whom she married May 23, 1992, one son Bruce (Shannon) Staats of New Jersey’ two sisters, Cynthia (William) Smith of Beach City, Rebecca (Kevin) Ewing of Brewster and one brother, Robert (Kimberly) Warehime of Beach City’ mother in law, Janet Staats of Miami, Fla.; three grandchildren, loving nieces and nephews and best friends, Kaaren Jones and Esther Lowdermilk. Brenda will be cremated with services at a later time.
