Denise Eileen Deal 66 of Navarre, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2022 following a brief illness. She was born at Dover, Oh., the daughter of Frieda Eileen Levengood Deal of Navarre and the late Vernon L. Deal. Denise was a 1974 graduate of Fairless High School and received her bachelors degree from Mount Union College and her masters from Ashland University. Denise retired from Nickles Bakery, Navarre after 44 years. where she had been accounting manager. She was a member of American Hampshire Sheep Association and Ohio Hampshire Sheep Association and was in partnership with her sister in Double Bar D Hampshire's showing sheep at State and National Shows. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sister and brother in law, Debbie (Mark) Shaw of Akron, Aunt, Nancy Levengood, cousins, Connie & Woody, Bonnie, Barbara & Mike, Bob & Monica and MaryAnn & Fred. A service celebrating her life will be held, Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in Lantzer Funeral Home, Beach City. Friends may call from 10 to 11 at the funeral home.
