Frances Lucille Reynolds of the Beach City area for the past sixty some years, died March 23, 2010, near her daughter’s residence in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. She was born June 26, 1910 in Harrison County, near Smyrna, Ohio, to David H. and Jennie C. (Moore) Arnold. She graduated from Freeport High School and Massillon City Hospital School of Nursing. As a R.N., Frances did private duty nursing for a year, then worked at The Cleveland Clinic until her marriage to Merlin L. Reynolds in 1936. Later she worked for the Massillon City Hospital in labor and delivery. Frances was a member of the Beach City United Methodist Church, AARP #3336 of Massillon, Fairless Senior Citizens, past member of several craft clubs, a quilter at her church, as well as active in many church functions and did volunteer work at the Fairless Food Cupboard. She was preceded by her husband in 1981, as well as her parents. four sisters and a brother. She is survived by a daughter and son in law, Patricia and Walter Haberli of Rhinelander, Wisconsin. 2 granddaughters, Lori Haberli of Pelican Lake, Wisconsin, and Jodi Haberli of Seattle, Washington, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held in Lantzer Funeral Home, Beach City, Monday, March 29, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Orion Aubihl officiating. Interment will be made in South Lawn Cemetery, Beach City.
