Donald James Skelly, 71, of Navarre, died Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Medical City Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. Don was born July 20, 1952 in Youngstown, Ohio to Charles and Thelma Skelly. He graduated from Fairless High School with the class of 1970. Don is survived by his two daughters and one son in law, Francy (George) Nichols of San Antonio, Texas, and Stacey Stripe of New Philadelphia, nine grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. Don was preceded in death by his parents and son Dustin J. Skelly, February 21, 2009. Donations can be made to Refuge of Hope Ministries or to the family to help cover expenses. Services will be held at later date.
