Harold (Sam) Widder

Harold (Sam) Widder, 87 formerly of Beach City a resident at Inn at Northwood Village, Dover passed away, Saturday, September 16, 2023 following a period of declining health. He was born at Navarre, Oh., the son of the late Charles and Goldie Giaque Widder and had been a life resident of the area. He retired from the former Hercules/White Engine in Canton and more recently from transporting Amish. Sam is survived by his wife the former Mary Jane McClellan Widder whom he married April 8, 1956, One daughter and son in law, Shelley (Larry) Lynch of Zanesville, two sons and daughters in law, Scott (Joyce) Widder of Dover and Steven (Stacie) Widder of Cambridge, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, one sister, two sisters and one brother are deceased. Inurnment will be made in South Lawn Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to Crossroads Hospice 3743 Boettier Oaks Dr. Suite E, Uniontown, Oh 44685.
