Dorothy L. Condon, 88 of Beach City passed away Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010 at Affinity Hospital, Massillon. She was born at Elrama, Pa., the daughter of the late James and Rose Ann Caldwell Mead and had been a resident since 1955. Dorothy had been a telephone operator and in later years worked in the school cafeteria and with her husband enjoyed traveling and camping in their Airstream. She is survived by her husband Warren Grant Condon, whom she married, August 2, 1955; 3 daughters, Ruth (Jack Shroyer) Brothers of Navarre, Mary Ann (Rick) Merry of Beach City, Betty (Steve) Long of Jackson Twp. 1 step son, Paul (Linda) Condon of Richville, 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Dorothy was preceded by 4 brothers and 5 sisters. Service of Christian Burial will be held, Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in Lantzer Funeral Home, Beach City with Father Robert Miller. Interment will be made in South Lawn Cemetery, Beach City. Friends may call Tuesday, September 7, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
