Donna G. Sanborn, 72 of Beach City passed away Wednesday December 8, 2010 at Union Hospital, Dover after several months of declining health. She was born at London, W. Va., the daughter of the late Eugene and Azolene West Chapman and had been a Beach City resident 25 years. Donna retired in 1998 as a cook at Indian River School. She attended Brewster United Methodist Church. She was preceded by her husband Charles Sanborn, 2 brothers, Eugene and Gary Chapman and 1 sister, Naoma Toggle. Surviving are 4 daughters; Janet Meier of Wilmot, Debbie Palmer and Trena Flory both of Columbus, Pam (Allen) Smith of Beach City; 1 sister Deloras Clark of Columbus; family, Amanda, Billy, Bryan, Jody , Dillon, Calob, Mykia and Katrina; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Services will be held, Monday, December 13, 2010 at 12;00 p.m. in Lantzer Funeral Home, Beach City with Pastor Jon Long officiating. Interment will be made in South Lawn Cemetery, Beach City. Friends may call Sunday, Dec. 12, 2010 from 2 to 5 p.m. or 1 hour prior to service Monday.
