Kathryn Majors 81 of North Canton passed away Wednesday, Jan 4, 2012 following a period of declining health. She was born at Ellwood City, Pa., the daughter of the late Edward Majors and Jean (Carter) Majors (Burris). Kathryn retired as the owner/cosmetician at Magic Mirror Beauty Salon in Canton and was a member of the Eagles Lodge of Canton. She is survived by niece caregiver, Linda (Craig) Ickes of North Canton; sister, Karen (Don) Ewing and sister in law Shirley Majors both of Brewster and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded by 1 daughter, Bonnie Kay; 3 sisters, Viola, Violet and Deloris; 4 brothers, Pat, Glenn, Paul and Jim. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, Jan. 7. 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in Lantzer Funeral Home, Beach City. Interment will be made in South Lawn Cemetery, Beach City.
