Ruth E. Feller

Ruth E. Feller, 90 of Cleveland Heights, Oh. formerly a resident of Wilmot, Oh. passed away Thursday, Oct. 30, 2008. She was born at Wilmot, the daughter of the late Clarence and Wyona Cooper. Ruth had retired as cook/manager of the Winesburg School Cafeteria after 16 years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Beach City, Wilmot Study Club and the Winesburg Historical Society. She served as President of the Winesburg PTA and of the mobile homeowners association in Sarasota, Fla., where she and her late husband spent many winters. Ruth was a watercolor artist and she continued to enjoy watercolor and ceramics while living at Judson Park Retirement Community where she enjoyed crocheting and reading daily. She was preceded by her husband Charles F. Feller, April 13, 1999 and one brother Robert D. Cooper. Surviving are one son, Norman K. Feller of Dallas, Tx., one daughter, Loretta J. Feller of Cleveland Heights, Oh 3 granddaughters, Sharon Feller of Concrete, Wa., Diana Feller of Dallas, Tx and Nora Feller of Cleveland Heights, Oh. Services will be held, Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the United Methodist Church, Main St., Beach City, Oh. Interment will be made in Green Lawn Cemetery, Wilmot. Friends may call, Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2008 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to service and the church.
